This is what ~1TB of data looks like when displayed in its entirety from our analysis of 9 different Saarloos and Sons wines (and we have more). This visual displays the similarities and differences in the chemical composition of each Saarloos and Sons wine. Think of these as the first ever, molecular tasting notes, charting the molecules responsible for the flavor and aroma profile of each wine. So please bear with us as we continue to think outside the wine science box and further analyze all these data to bring you more in depth analysis on what we uncover. And DOUBT NO MORE, we are changing the wine industry one vintage, bottle, and experiment at a time!
