Birthright Rosé

- We craft our rosé as a bleed off of our parent wine. In this case Grenache. It gives the parent wine a higher liquid to skin ratio, during punchdowns and fermentation: thus making the parent wine a bit bigger, deeper, richer, a touch more "interest" ... The birth of child makes the parent more complete. ... We had 2 births this last year. This is the wine that has been crafted for Grey David Elmenhurst. Nate and @ericaelmenhurst, formerly Saarloos, First born son! 

We make these so that when they are older, they can hold this in their hands and KNOW, they were loved even before they were born, and that their Big Scary Workaholic Farmer Uncles and Cousins has had their back since day 1.
